    Transparent processes for selecting candidates for public office, including merit, integrity, and representation criteria.

    Discipline and Dispute Resolution

    Code-of-conduct enforcement, internal dispute mechanisms, appeals, and protection of due process.

    Constitutional Amendments

    Procedures and majorities required to propose, debate, and adopt amendments to this Constitution.
